Subah uthte hi phone check karna, dinbhar social media par scroll karna, aur raat ko sone se pehle bhi screen se chipke rehna—ye sab hamari mansik shanti ko prabhavit karta hai. Aise mein, digital detox aur mindfulness hamari madad kar sakte hain.

Digital Detox ka matlab hai kuch samay ke liye digital upkaran se doori banana. Ye hume mansik shanti, behtar neend, aur aatm-nirbharata ki aur le jata hai. Udaharan ke liye, aap subah uthte hi phone check karne ki bajaye, kuch minute dhyan ya prarthna mein bita sakte hain.

Mindfulness ka arth hai vartaman kshan mein poori tarah se upasthit rehna. Ye hume apne vicharon aur bhavanao ko samajhne mein madad karta hai. Aap mindfulness practices jaise dhyan, gehri saans lena, ya bas chupchaap baithkar apne aas-paas ki awaazon ko sunna kar sakte hain.

In dono ka sanyojan hamari mansik sthiti ko behtar banata hai aur hume ek santulit jeevan jeene mein madad karta hai.
